Participants will need to bring along a photo ID (NRIC / FIN / Driver’s Licence / Passport) and your soft/hard copy of the confirmation slip for verification purposes. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse participants without the required documents from collecting their entry packs.

For Participants Who Are Unable To Collect In Person:

If you are unable to collect your entitlements in person during the assigned collection dates, you may authorise someone to collect them for you. Your representative will need to produce the following documents in order to collect on your behalf:
• A copy of the participant’s identification card and the confirmation slip for verification.
• Letter Of Authorisation
• You may also collect your race pack on the race day, at least 30 minutes before your flag-off time.

For Foreign Participants:

Traveling from overseas for the event? We recommend that you authorise someone to collect it for you on the stipulated dates above. Otherwise, you may collect it at the event site on race day.

FAQs

Registration

  • 10KM: Participants must be aged 14 years and above as of race day.
  • 5KM: Participants must be aged 12 years and above as of race day.

All participants below the age of 18 are required to seek parental/ guardian consent to participate in the race. Relevant indemnity and declaration fields must be filled up at the point of registration – failing which, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to the participant.

You will receive an email confirmation slip upon your successful registration. Registered participants can also retrieve their confirmation slips here.

There will be no refunds provided if you choose not to participate in the race after registration.

It takes some time for the databases to be synchronised. Once the data has been uploaded, a confirmation slip will be sent to your registered email. If you have any enquiries, please contact Spacebib/ Just Run Lah.

Yes, you may request a change by sending us an email before 30th April 2023, 11:59 pm (GMT +8). An administrative fee of $15 (inclusive of GST) will apply.
All race registrations are strictly non-transferable.
Yes. For the selection of the event apparel, you may select your desired design (MENS/WOMENS) & size available from the drop list upon registration.
Yes, all fees are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax.
No, as Singapore has transited back to DORSCON Green, proof of vaccination is no longer required.

General

The cut-off time for each category is:

  • 10KM: 2 Hours 30 Minutes
  • 5KM: 1 Hour 30 Minutes

Participants who do not cross various distance checkpoints at certain timings may be directed to run on footpaths or take an alternative route due to restrictions on road closure timings.

To ease congestion on the route, flag off for all the categories will be broken down into multiple waves. Wave allocation will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants competing for top prizes must start in the first wave of their respective categories and assemble at the front of the start pen.
Yes. All participants will get their race timing. Prize winners are based on gun time.
Yes. There is a baggage deposit area at the start point. Whilst maximum care and security will be enforced, the Organiser will not be responsible for any loss or damaged items or delay in retrieving the bags. Participants are advised to travel light.
All participants are encouraged to be at the starting point 30 minutes before flag-off time. Runners who are late or start in another category will be disqualified. Runners who do not start before their respective category’s pen close times will be disqualified and for safety reasons, may not be allowed to run. No timing will be provided.
No, only running is allowed during the 2XU Challenge Singapore 2023
No. For your safety, barefoot running is not allowed.
Yes. Photography and/or videography will be taken during the event for news and publicity purposes by the official photographer and/or videographer and may be used for print and on online/electronic platforms of Pink Apple Pte Ltd. Pink Apple Pte Ltd owns all rights to the photographs and video recordings. If you do not wish to have any photographs or video recordings taken of you, please inform the Organiser at the event site.
Yes. You can wear your own running apparel. However, you must always display the allocated race bib clearly on the front of your race apparel during the race.
Participants without race bibs are not allowed to participate in the race. For the replacement of the race bib, an admin fee of $15 (Inclusive of GST) shall apply.
Please approach the nearest first aiders deployed along the route. Participants who require immediate medical attention may alert the route marshals.
No shuttle bus services will be provided.

No, ALL Race Entry Packs will be distributed via mailing.

Merchandise

Merchandise will be received through mailing, latest by 10th May 2023
Yes, you may request a change by sending us an email before 30th April 2023, 11:59 pm (GMT +8). Strictly no changes will be allowed after that. Subjected to size availability.
No, the merchandise is exclusive for 2XU Challenge 2023 participants only.
