ENERGIZER LONGER LASTING ADVENTURE CAMPAIGN

Terms and Conditions*

Campaign Date: 1st July 2023 to 17th September 2023

These Terms and Conditions are between you and the Promoter and will be treated as having final say in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with other communications, such as advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions, and by participating, all claimants are considered to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please keep a copy for your information.

Eligibility

This Energizer Promotion is open to all residents of Singapore aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Energizer entity (the “Promoter”) and Agency (the “Administrator”), its affiliates or agents, the immediate families of such employees and any other person connected with this Promotion. Promoter and Administrator will not be responsible for any under-age entries.

  1. Purchase is necessary and internet access is required. Entrants may be required to attach their receipt or provide it to the Promoter on request as proof of purchase. Failure to comply will deem the campaign entry as void.
  2. Promotion Period: The Promotion is open from 00.01 GMT on 1st July 2023 and closes at 23.59 GMT on 17th September 2023.
  3. Entry Instructions: This Promotion is exclusive to customers who:
    1. Purchase a minimum worth of SGD$10 of promotional Energizer brand products (batteries, battery chargers, flashlights) in a single receipt to receive a pair of entry tickets to Energizer Getaway and win attractive Grand Lucky Draw prizes.
    2. Scan QR Code to submit the receipt with personal details.
    3. Once receipt submission is validated, 1st 500 winners will receive an event unique promotional code via email to register for Energizer Longer Lasting Adventure.
    4. Receive Event Confirmation Slip to attend Energizer Longer Lasting Adventures.
  4. Energizer Getaway is limited to 1st 500 entries only. The first 500 winners will receive complimentary entry for 2 and are eligible for free entry into Sentosa.
  5. Purchase of licensed Energizer products are not eligible for entry. These include automotive/marine batteries, USB chargers and power banks.
  6. One itemised receipt per entry and receipts may not be used for more than one entry. Each itemised receipt must state the time and date of purchase, which must fall within the Promotion Period and pre-date the entry date and time.
  7. Customers may enter up to three times per day throughout the Promotion Period.
  8. All Promotion entries received after the Closing Date are automatically invalid.
  9. The Energizer Promotion is open to all participating FairPrice, Giant, Sheng Siong and Cold Storage outlets, participating traditional trade stores (Prime supermarket, YES Supermarket, Good Luck supermarket, iEcon grocery store, Mama convenience shops, CK Department Store and other neighbourhood grocery outlets) islandwide, as well as an official flagship store on E-commerce platform (‘Energizer Official’ on Shopee Singapore and ‘Energizer’ on LazMall Singapore).   11. Energizer Getaway Campaign 2023 Grand Lucky Draw Prizes:
    8 Set of Winners:     2D1N Energizer Glamping Experience Pass for 4 pax (2 Adults & 2 Children) Prize is inclusive of entry into Sentosa, accommodation, food and other activities lined up. Prize is exclusive of other incidental expenses.
    Energizer Getaway Campaign 2023 Grand Prize is valued at $800 per set of winners.
  12. Grand Lucky Draw Winners will be notified within 21 days after the draw dates via telephone or email, or both, using the contact details provided by the participant. If any winner cannot be contacted by reasonable means or fails to respond within the next 14 days, the winner will be disqualified, and Energizer reserves the right to select another winner. All prizes which are not won or remain unclaimed after 2 months of the announcement of the winner(s) will be forfeited.
  13. Energizer and the Organisers’ decision on the winner(s) for Grand Lucky Draw shall be final and conclusive. Any appeals must be submitted in writing before 28th September 2023. Energizer and the Organisers are in any event not obliged to consider or respond to any appeal. Any decision of Energizer and the Organisers on an appeal is final and conclusive.
  14. The Prizes are non-transferrable. There are no alternatives to the Prize offered. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Energizer reserve the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
General
  1. Entrants consent to the processing of their personal data by and on behalf of the Promoter, which is the data controller.  The personal data that the Promoter collects from entrants and about their visits to the Energizer Promotional Website will be processed to administer the Promotion and for the Promoter’s market research and marketing campaigns.  The Promoter’s data protection notice is available through [https://energizergrouplegal.com/Energizer-Privacy-Notice-USA.html] and the Energizer Promotional Website.  This notice explains how the Promoter will protect the personal data that may be transferred to another country and how entrants may contact the Promoter to exercise their data protection rights.
  2. It is a condition of the Promotion that the entrant agrees to be bound by these rules, and in particular that the decisions of the Promoter on any matters whatsoever arising out of or connected with the Promotion are final.
  3. The Prizes are non-transferrable. There are no alternatives to the Prize offered. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
  4. Entries submitted through agents, third parties or entries automatically generated by computer or illegible entries or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
  5. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for Promotion entries that are lost or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion.
  7. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  8. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of Prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  9. In entering the Promotion, the participant confirms that they are eligible to do so and eligible to redeem the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to requiring proof that the participant is eligible to enter the Promotion (which must be provided within 14 days) and to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or redeem using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding.
  10. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter. Participants are providing their information to Promoter and Administrator and not to Facebook or Twitter. By entering, Participants release Facebook and Twitter and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, and advertising agencies, from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by Participants’ participation in the Promotion and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prizes.
  11. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  12. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
  13. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Singapore law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
